
As a young man he went to America where he studied economics at UCLA University. Then, he studied at the Culinary Institute of America.
In 1993 he has made his first professional steps next to Thomas Keller where he was specialized on both the French and Japanese cuisine.
In 1996 he began working in large hotels like the Sheraton Hotel, where he was the executive chef. He continued his chef career in quite a few well known American restaurants
In 1999 he returned to Greece and specifically in Chania Crete, where he was specialized and worked on the Cretan cuisine and local products. Up to 2005, he was the executive chef, in the NYKTERIDA restaurant.
In 2005 he moved to Athens, where he was the Chef of the restaurant "Alatsi', winning the Gold Cap and gained several Gourmet awards.
He then took part in the Cretan committee reality cooking show in MEGA Channel’s «Master Chef» and the «Junior Master Chef» (2010-2013).
In 2013-2014 he has continued his career in MEGA Channel, presenting the successful show "Without a Prescription". A year later, he presents the show «Joy» which explores the gourmet dishes in Athens.
From 2011 until today he is the executive chef of ERGON restaurants in Greece and abroad.
